What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Proven expertise in large-scale cloud migration programs.
- Strong skills in program governance, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments and offshore teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or STEM.
- 10–15 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management within financial services.
- Track record of delivering complex change programs under tight timelines.
What you'll be doing on the job
Program & Project Leadership
- Drive end-to-end management of large-scale cloud migration projects.
- Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with sponsors and key stakeholders to develop business cases and secure approvals.
- Deliver clear program updates and presentations to senior leadership.
Governance & Reporting
- Oversee vendor-led project managers to ensure successful migration delivery.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to Group and local PMO.
Vendor Management
- Lead vendor sourcing, including RFPs, SoW drafting, and contract sign-off.
- Manage multi-vendor environments and offshore delivery teams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain high standards of analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Drive improvements in project quality and delivery outcomes.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Tech Risk) to address risks and costs.
- Engage with external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables.
