My client is a well-established property developer and they are now looking for a Clubhouse GM to manage the P&L and to expand the business.

10 + years of relevant experience in F&B or clubhouse management, with a strong background in Chinese cuisine
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of P&L, financial control, and operational budgeting
Excellent communication skills to liaise with chefs, department heads, and stakeholders
Experience in membership-based operations or private club environments preferred
Prior working experience in sports or leisure-related operations will be an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

Lead daily operations of the Clubhouse, including F&B, membership, and sports facilities
Manage and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders
Handle full P&L responsibilities, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Develop membership engagement, service standards, and retention strategies
Supervise procurement processes and ensure compliance with budget and quality standards
Ensure smooth operation of all clubhouse amenities and services, maintaining a high level of member satisfaction
