• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management, ideally within financial services.

• Proven track record in banking or insurance environments, delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to drive project delivery and manage diverse teams across multiple work streams.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Serve as Digital Product Owner and Business Analyst, managing end-to-end project delivery—from planning and solution design to execution and quality assurance—across AI, Gen AI, LLM, and reporting initiatives.

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Monitor and evaluate AI models and digital solutions, partnering with IT teams and external vendors to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Stay ahead of industry trends through market research and innovation, particularly in AI and data/knowledge management.
