Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related STEM fields.
8–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or project management with a strong focus on QA and test automation, ideally within financial services.
Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation projects in banking or financial services.
Hands-on experience leading diverse teams across multiple workstreams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
Innovative thinker with proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Architect and implement automated test frameworks for diverse applications.
Establish and enhance QA processes and automation strategies to optimize testing cycles.
Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in developing and deploying automation solutions.
Provide technical design expertise for automation and performance testing.
Review and validate test artifacts from other teams to ensure quality standards.
Guide test developers in automation script development and conduct regular code reviews.
Execute manual test cases and manage testing deliverables for assigned projects.
Design and maintain automation test reports for quick insights and efficient failure analysis.
Develop new interfaces and tools to support testing activities.
