Who you'll be working for

A renowned Property Investor is now looking for a Head of Real Estate to oversee the group's portfolio

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines

• Professional Qualifications in HKIS/ RICS are highly preferable

• 15+ residential sales experiences gained in reputable property developers, with a proven successful records in achieve sales target

• In-depth knowledge in Hong Kong property market 

• Strong business acumen 

• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese

What you'll be doing on the job

• Formulate and implement tactical sales strategies to optimize sales volume

• Leverage network for in-depth market research and analysis to facilitate effective tactics

• Work closely with all stakeholders to identify potential buyers

• Supervise the full operations and logistics
