Who you'll be working for
Located in the CBD area, the luxury hotel is now looking for an experienced SPA Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the spa. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for wellness and customer service, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our guests enjoy a memorable and relaxing experience.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Related Degree/Dimploma holder with proven experience managing a SPA or similar role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations,
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality service.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate spa staffs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Create and promote special packages, promotions, and events to attract and retain clients.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement of spa products and equipment.
- Collaborate with marketing team to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and best practices.
