What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or STEM disciplines.

  • 8–10 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, ideally within financial services.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration projects.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in multi-platform environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and minimal supervision required.

What you'll be doing on the job

Program & Project Management

  • Own and deliver full lifecycle project management for cloud migration initiatives.

  • Define migration strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with architects, developers, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report on progress, financials, risks, and issues to senior management and PMO forums.

  • Manage vendor engagement, including RFP and SoW preparation, review, and sign-off.

  • Coordinate offshore and vendor technical leads to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Oversee change management processes and governance approvals for production deployment.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and manage internal teams and outsourced resources to deliver strategic initiatives.

  • Foster collaboration across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Continuously uplift team capabilities in technical, business, and project management areas.

  • Maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
