Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or STEM disciplines.
8–10 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, ideally within financial services.
Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in multi-platform environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and minimal supervision required.

Program & Project Management
Own and deliver full lifecycle project management for cloud migration initiatives.
Define migration strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with architects, developers, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
Monitor and report on progress, financials, risks, and issues to senior management and PMO forums.
Manage vendor engagement, including RFP and SoW preparation, review, and sign-off.
Coordinate offshore and vendor technical leads to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee change management processes and governance approvals for production deployment.
People & Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage internal teams and outsourced resources to deliver strategic initiatives.
Foster collaboration across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Continuously uplift team capabilities in technical, business, and project management areas.
Maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
