Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core (C#) and React/Next.js, delivering clean, testable, and performant solutions.

• Own end-to-end feature delivery: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

• Track and promptly patch critical application vulnerabilities; enforce secure coding practices.

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines; standardize build, test, security scan, and deployment steps.

• Deploy and operate on Windows/Linux and Azure/AWS; manage environment config, secrets, rollbacks, and zero-downtime releases.

• Monitor performance and cost; conduct capacity planning and incident post-mortems.

• Collaborate with product/design/QA/ops; contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

• Adhere to Group IT security/compliance policies and Responsible AI/tooling standards
