Who you'll be working for
We are an innovative company specializing in developing and manufacturing high-end cordless power tools and home appliances. We are in a rapid growth phase and are looking for talented individuals to join our team and grow with us!
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum 8 years of total experience in Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance, and Process Integrated Engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an assembly manufacturing company (Machinery/Home Appliances / Electronics).
- Experience working in a Chinese company, new assembly line, or new plant setup is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance.
- Proven ability to reduce machine downtime and MTTR, and increase MTBF.
- Hands-on experience in TPM implementation and OEE improvement programs.
- Experienced in new machine installation, utility system management, and commissioning activities.
- Certified or knowledgeable in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, or other relevant machine maintenance certifications.
- Solid understanding of LOTO procedures and machine safety standards.
- Capable of developing team KPIs, maintenance schedules, and work timetables.
- Maximum age: 40 years old.
- Willing to be placed in Kendal.
- Fluent in English/Mandarin would be an advantage.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Ensure on-time installation of new machines.
- Establish and maintain a balanced maintenance cost versus budget.
- Participate in the hiring process for the Maintenance team, including creating a candidate scorecard, conducting interviews, and providing hiring recommendations.
- Maintain effectiveness once the operation is running (Preventive/Predictive & Corrective Maintenance).
