Who you'll be working for
Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, such as; Law/Energy & Natural Resources Law.
  • 15 yrs of experience working as Legal - Upstream.
  • Strong expertise in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Compliance, Regulations, Risk Management, and Licensing.
  • Able to provide legal advice on corporate structure, financing, and strategic legal transactions.
What you'll be doing on the job

  • Support and participate in ongoing M&A activities, joint ventures, and upstream project negotiations.

  • Provide legal oversight across active upstream projects to ensure proper risk mitigation and minimize contractual exposure.

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable SKK Migas regulations, government requirements, and internal corporate policies.

  • Oversee and monitor the renewal and maintenance of all required licenses and permits for ongoing upstream operations.
