Who you'll be working for
Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (Energy & Natural Resources Law is an advantage). Graduates from reputable universities are preferred.

  • 15 years of experience in legal roles within the downstream Oil & Gas sector.

  • Strong expertise in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing matters.

  • Proven ability to advise on corporate structuring, financing arrangements, and strategic legal transactions.

  • Professional, well-mannered, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing on the job

  • Support and participate in ongoing M&A activities, joint ventures, and downstream project negotiations.

  • Ensure effective legal oversight and risk mitigation across all active projects, minimizing contractual exposure and errors.

  • Maintain full compliance with SKK Migas regulations, applicable government laws, and internal corporate policies.

  • Oversee the renewal, maintenance, and monitoring of all required licenses and permits for active downstream operations.
