Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 1.5 years of experience leading a team including managing the team's KPI (Leader/Junior Supervisor level are acceptable).
- 4 years of total sales experience, including area sales experience in the Medan region (previously handled the Medan area).
- Industry background: Biomedical / Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices (non-OTC products; prescription-only).
- Experience in doing 35% hunting, 35% maintaining, and 20% leading.
- Expert in penetrating to Obgyn/Pediatric.
- Male or female, maximum 45 years old (Chinese preferred; open to non-Chinese candidates, but no hijab).
- Basic Hokkien proficiency is preferred.
- Willing to travel to Medan for business trips, with a flexible schedule.
- Based in Jakarta (will be stationed at Jakarta office) if based outside Jakarta, make sure she/he is willing to
be relocate to Jakarta.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Acquire new clients (new sign-ups), and maintain them to generate recurring revenue (sales targets will be shared by the user during the interview session).
- Monitor and maintain the team’s KPIs, including OB-GYN and hospital visitation in accordance with required standards.
