Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10+ years in financial services consulting or transformation roles within securities, brokerage, or trading technology environments.

• Hands-on experience conducting enterprise, application, or data architecture assessments within Asia’s financial sector.

• Strong working knowledge of the HK and Singapore regulatory landscape (SFC, MAS).

• Exposure to customer data strategy, golden source initiatives, data governance, and integrations with wealth or enterprise data platforms.

• Familiarity with reference architectures and modern technology frameworks.

• Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Future-State Data & System Architecture
  Craft a modern data architecture that supports digital initiatives, AI adoption, unified customer data, and an optimized regional/local system distribution model.

• Technology & Application Assessment
  Review and analyze the existing technology stack, highlight gaps, and recommend modernization priorities and quick-win opportunities.

• Business Case & Budget Modeling
  Build investment cases with clear cost outlines, value drivers, and implementation considerations tied to business outcomes.

• IT Workforce & Capability Planning
  Define the skills, roles, and team structure required to support the target operating model and future-state architecture.

• RDC Viability Study
  Evaluate different RDC models (build/buy/operate), potential regional locations, dependencies with HK/SG IT teams, and propose an execution approach.
