What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related area.

• 4+ years of experience supporting Relationship Managers in the banking sector, preferably corporate banking.

• Good understanding of KYC and compliance processes is preferred.

• Collaborative team player with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Deliver full administrative and operational support to the Corporate Banking Relationship Management team to ensure daily activities and transactions run smoothly.

• Execute KYC and compliance tasks, including regular reviews, follow-up on trigger events, and account opening/closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met. This includes Customer Due Diligence (CDD), alert handling, and sanction resolution.

• Ensure all client-related documentation and processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Act as a key point of contact between the Corporate Banking team, Operations, and other departments to promote clear communication and quickly address operational challenges.

• Maintain strict accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when managing sensitive client and internal information.
