What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and stationery as required.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments for administrative coordination and task support.
- To assist Office Manager including recruitment and payroll administration.
- Involve in payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries , claims, any other payout are paid accurately and on time.
- To prepare monthly statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB and to ensure that all statutory deductions are paid by due date.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Data entry and bookkeeping likes inputting data, handling basic bookkeeping, like our claims.
- Able to multitask and accept ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Basic computer skills required.
