What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and stationery as required.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments for administrative coordination and task support.
  • To assist Office Manager including recruitment and payroll administration.
  • Involve in payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries , claims, any other payout are paid accurately and on time.
  • To prepare monthly statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB and to ensure that all statutory deductions are paid by due date.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Data entry and bookkeeping likes inputting data, handling basic bookkeeping, like our claims.
  • Able to multitask and accept ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
