What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field(s).
• Independent with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Able to produce high-quality work under pressure.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Act as the liaison between IT, System Support team, project team, respective process owners, and other departments’ stakeholders.
• Attend to system enhancement for major releases RSA, campaigns and system change resulted from regulatory guideline.
• Monitor and track the issues reported for the system enhancements.
• Preparation of test plan, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement based on the enhancement scopes of the project/enhancement within timeline.
• Monitor, tracking, follow-up and closing UAT issues.
