Minimum 15 years of legal experience within the telecommunications or digital infrastructure industry.
Strong expertise in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing matters
Proven ability to advise on corporate structuring, financing arrangements, and strategic legal transactions
Professional, well-mannered, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Support and lead legal involvement in ongoing M&A activities, joint ventures, and telecommunications project negotiations.
Ensure comprehensive legal oversight and risk mitigation across all active projects, minimizing contractual exposure and errors.
Maintain efficient contract management processes, including timely deal execution, contract turnaround, review cycles, and approval timelines.
Ensure full compliance with applicable Indonesian telecommunications regulations, data privacy laws, and other relevant statutory requirements.
Structure and close transactions with sound legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Oversee the renewal, maintenance, and compliance of all required licenses and permits for active telecommunications and network projects.
