Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are preferred.
Industry exposure within or related to forestry, agribusiness, or natural resources sectors is preferred.
Proven experience managing the end-to-end IPO process, including preparation, execution, and post-IPO requirements.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Coordinate with external stakeholders including investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure a smooth and compliant IPO process.
Oversee finance, accounting, and tax operations across multiple entities (more than five), ensuring consistency, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Strengthen financial governance, reporting systems, and internal controls across all entities to support group consolidation and readiness for public market standards.
