Who you'll be working for
Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing ecoparks, recreational parks, nature parks, or tourism destinations, with exposure to operations (including sales & marketing), HR, and finance.

  • Proven experience in developing, improving, or restructuring tourism or recreational park operations.

  • Energetic and hands-on professional with the ability to manage dynamic operational environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with local communities, authorities, and relevant partners.

  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate operational challenges in developing tourism areas.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Lead and manage tourism park operations with the goal of achieving sustainable business performance following the park’s recent reopening.

  • Establish and refine operational mechanisms, including ticketing strategies, visitor activities, and overall park management systems.

  • Organize and oversee key operational departments, including Sales & Marketing, HR, and Finance.

  • Develop and implement new business initiatives and attractions (e.g., resort concepts, nature-based experiences, or adventure activities) from concept to operational stage.
