A globally recognized FMCG company in the beverage industry, with a strong international presence and high daily consumption across diverse markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Machinery Engineering; graduates from reputable universities are preferred, with overseas education considered a plus.
Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry or oil and gas industry, with exposure to similar production equipment and processes.
Familiarity with maintenance practices such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Autonomous Maintenance.
Proficient in using SAP-based systems for maintenance functions, including asset tracking and CAPA management.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.

Develop and enhance maintenance frameworks to support plant operations.
Implement and oversee reliability and continuous improvement practices.
Support capital planning and budgeting initiatives.
Contribute to site planning and overall facility development.
Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely execution.
Ensure alignment with internal standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
