Who you'll be working for

An expanding manufacturing business in the essential oils industry, part of a broader international group, serving both domestic needs and key export markets including Europe, the United States, India, and the Middle East.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in the flavor & fragrance or essential oils industry.
Proven track record in achieving and managing annual revenue targets.
Strong experience in B2B export sales.
Experience in leading small teams.
Active involvement in industry exhibitions and networking activities.
Fluent in English for business communication.

What you'll be doing on the job

Drive revenue growth in line with annual targets.
Expand client portfolio, particularly in export markets.
Demonstrate strong leadership by managing team performance and delivering on agreed KPIs.
