Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 15 years of legal experience, with strong exposure to cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, or related sectors.
Currently or previously serving at Head of Legal, Senior Legal Counsel, or VP level.
Strong expertise in M&A, regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing.
Proven ability to advise on corporate structuring, financing arrangements, and strategic transactions.
Professional, well-mannered, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Lead and support legal involvement in ongoing M&A activities, joint ventures, and cryptocurrency-related strategic initiatives.
Ensure comprehensive legal oversight and risk mitigation across all active projects, minimizing contractual exposure and legal risks.
Maintain full compliance with applicable government regulations, financial regulatory authorities, and internal corporate policies.
Oversee the renewal, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of all required licenses and approvals related to cryptocurrency operations.
