Who you'll be working for

A coal mining company operating in Central Kalimantan and part of a diversified business group. The company holds an operational production mining license and manages a sizable concession area within the region.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum 10 years of legal experience within the coal mining industry.
Strong background in coal mining legal matters is essential.
Holds a valid PERADI license.

What you'll be doing on the job

Oversee daily legal operations and ensure full compliance with applicable mining regulations and internal SOPs.
Draft and review commercial agreements related to mining operations, including hauling, barging, and shipping contracts (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
Manage mining permits, regulatory compliance matters, and dispute resolution processes (litigation and non-litigation).
