What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, insurance or finance
- Minimum 2 years in the insurance or financial institution
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant computer skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Responsible for premium collection functions and to ensure the operational activities meet / exceeded the department’s performance metrics.
- Attending to correspondence, telephone enquiries/complaints from policyholders, branches, agents & bankers.
- Liaising with bank personnel / System Support/ IT in handling electronic payment system.
- Involvement in any projects/initiatives as and when given by the management.
