What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, insurance or finance
  • Minimum 2 years in the insurance or financial institution
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant computer skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Responsible for premium collection functions and to ensure the operational activities meet / exceeded the department’s performance metrics.
  • Attending to correspondence, telephone enquiries/complaints from policyholders, branches, agents & bankers.
  • Liaising with bank personnel / System Support/ IT in handling electronic payment system.
  • Involvement in any projects/initiatives as and when given by the management.
