Who you'll be working for
Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 15 years of legal experience within the property industry, particularly in high-rise buildings, office towers, or property development projects.

  • Strong expertise in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing.

  • Proven ability to provide legal advice on corporate structuring, financing arrangements, and strategic transactions.

  • Professional, well-mannered, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Support and participate in ongoing M&A activities, joint ventures, and land acquisition project negotiations.

  • Ensure all projects have proper legal oversight and risk mitigation measures in place, minimizing contractual risks and errors.

  • Ensure all property development projects obtain and maintain the required permits, including building permits, zoning approvals, and environmental clearances.

  • Maintain full compliance with applicable government regulations and internal corporate policies.

  • Oversee the renewal and maintenance of all licenses and permits related to active land acquisition and property development projects.
