Who you'll be working for

Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; Energy & Natural Resources Law is an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of legal experience within the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
Strong expertise in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing matters.
Proven ability to provide legal advice on corporate structuring, financing arrangements, and strategic transactions.
Professional, well-mannered, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing on the job

Support and participate in ongoing M&A activities, joint ventures, and upstream project negotiations.
Ensure effective legal oversight and risk mitigation across all active projects, minimizing contractual risks and errors.
Maintain full compliance with SKK Migas regulations, applicable government laws, and internal corporate policies.
Oversee the renewal and maintenance of all required licenses and permits for active upstream operations.
