Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

● 5+ years of Project Management experience in software development, with at least 2 years in Blockchain or high-scale FinTech.
● Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and GitHub-based workflows.
● Familiarity with EVM-based technologies, smart contract deployment lifecycles, and backend infrastructure.
● PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is highly advantageous.

What you'll be doing on the job

● Sprint & Release Management: Lead the technical sprint planning process using ClickUp, ensuring clear scoping and resource allocation for engineering squads.
● Technical Delivery: Track the execution of the Secure SDLC, ensuring that audits, testing, and documentation milestones are met before mainnet/devnet releases.
● Stakeholder Technical Liaison: Translate business requirements into technical specs (PRDs) and manage technical communications with external validator node operators.
● Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical blockers, including architectural
dependencies and resource constraints.
