Who you'll be working for
The client is within the robotics and automation industry servicing clients in the automotive, electronics and semiconductor field.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- University degree or above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding experienced candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of robotics work experience. Familiar with robot technology; experience with KUKA robotics is a plus.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (listening and speaking).
- Good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong learning ability.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Responsible for on-site support during the warranty period and resolution of quality issues for robotic services.
- Responsible for customer service and case handling for out-of-warranty robots.
- On-site safety risk assessment and safety officer management.
- Customer communication and on-site emergency handling.
- Arrangement and usage management of equipment, tools, and auxiliary materials.
- Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers.
- Responsible for on-site work feedback and summary reports.
- Assist manufacturing and quality units in on-site problem solving and follow-up.
