Who you'll be working for

Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including exposure to rubber manufacturing operations.
Strong familiarity with the Aceh region and its business environment is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and authorities.
Experience supporting the development or setup of new manufacturing facilities until operational stage.
Mature and experienced professional with strong leadership capability.

What you'll be doing on the job

Lead and oversee manufacturing operations with the objective of achieving sustainable profitability.
Organize and optimize plant functions by establishing clear KPIs and operational targets across departments, including Production, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Logistics.
Monitor and manage the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance to ensure healthy financial results and operational efficiency.
Work closely with leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
