What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Proven experience using Xero Accounting System within the last 1 year (current or previous role); Xero certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, including AR, AP, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working in fast-paced business environments, preferably in Jakarta or other major cities.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to provide strategic financial recommendations to management.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple financial processes simultaneously.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage end-to-end financial operations across multiple business units, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), accounting processes, and financial reporting through the Xero Accounting System.
- Ensure all financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting processes are accurately maintained and integrated within the accounting system.
- Oversee and guide the Finance Officer, particularly in AR-related activities and daily finance operations.
- Analyze financial reports and provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making.
- Handle invoicing processes across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
