What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
2. Practical experience with and familiarity in microservices, distributed systems, and multi-data-source integration.
3. Experience with — or willingness to learn — components such as Redis, Kafka, Oracle, MySQL, and ClickHouse, with the ability to understand their role in the system and make appropriate trade-offs.
4. Experience with JPA / MyBatis / JUnit / REST API development.
5. Experience with Oracle 11g / 12c or other RDBMS databases.
6. Experience writing SQL for relational databases. 

Bonus:

1. Strong focus on performance: Enjoys troubleshooting bottlenecks across code, queries, caching, and messaging paths, and proposing improvements.
2. Practical AI / tool experience (IDE/Agent, code generation and refactoring assistance) or relevant knowledge — e.g., understanding of AI-assisted coding, agents, and how to leverage them for development, with a willingness to continuously improve in this area. 

What you'll be doing on the job

1. Core focus is on building and evolving the AI agent team, enabling automated development capabilities to genuinely support product and project delivery, while integrating with existing microservices, backend, data, and messaging ianfrastructure. 
2. Develop the AI agent team: Design and implement multi-agent collaboration workflows, tools, and standards, enabling the agent team to take on project and system development — including feature development and automated testing with verifiable, deliverable outputs.
3. Oversee agent output quality: Establish and enforce review mechanisms to ensure that code produced by AI agents meets the team's and product's requirements in terms of quality, functional correctness, execution efficiency, and security. (e.g., integration of code review, testing strategies, static analysis, performance, and security reviews.)
4. Cross-team collaboration: Able to clarify requirements and interfaces, align priorities and technical boundaries, and coordinate technical solutions and timelines with different teams to jointly drive development and deployment.
