What requirements you'll need to be eligible

● Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course.

● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

● Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn.

● Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.

● Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type

● English and Mandarin speakers

What you'll be doing on the job

● Assist in daily wellness studio operations, including class scheduling, client registration, and front-desk support
● Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
● Staff management
● Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and beauty artists to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions
● Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement
● Monitor studio upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
● Learn inventory management, including ordering and tracking wellness products or supplies
● Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational management, and client relations skills
● Prepare basic reports on client attendance, service feedback, and operational performance
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align operations with business goals
● Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency
● Gain Operational Excellence in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, staff coordination, and service quality control.

Malaysia: 

• Diploma holders: starting salary - RM 3,500 to RM 4,000
• Degree holders: starting salary - RM 4,000 to RM 4,500

Singapore :

• Degree holders only - S$ 3,700
