● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Strong interest in F&B, retail, and customer-driven environments
● Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset
● Willingness to begin in a hands-on operational role for 3-6 months
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including external partners (e.g., mall management)
Phase 1: F&B Operations (First 3-6 Months)
● Assist in daily outlet operations, including customer service and service flow
● Observe customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and peak periods
● Learn and follow SOPs, brand standards, and operational guidelines
● Support outlet teams in maintaining service quality and efficiency
● Handle basic customer feedback and service recovery situations
● Assist in ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with F&B regulations
● Gain exposure to inventory handling and stock awareness
● Work closely with outlet managers to understand operational challenges and business drivers
Phase 2: Marketing Development
● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
● Support content creation for digital platforms, social media, and in-store materials
● Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies on campaign
execution
● Assist in organizing outlet activations, product launches, and events
● Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement, and sales impact
● Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
● Support CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities and liaise with mall marketing teams to align on joint promotions, campaigns, and tenant activities
● Coordinate participation in mall-wide events, seasonal campaigns, and festive activations
● Work with mall management on:
○ Advertising opportunities (e.g., digital screens, posters, EDMs)
○ In-mall campaigns and roadshows
○ Pop-up activations and booth setups
● Ensure timely submission of marketing materials and compliance with mall guidelines and deadlines
● Collaborate with mall teams to maximize brand visibility and foot traffic
● Track performance of mall-led campaigns and evaluate their impact on outlet sales and traffic
● Maintain strong relationships with mall marketing representatives to support long-term partnerships
