● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
● Strong interest in retail operations
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Willingness to begin in a hands-on operational role for 3-6 months
● Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus
Phase 1: F&B Operations (First 3-6 Months)
● Assist in daily outlet operations, including customer service and service flow
● Observe customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and peak periods
● Learn and follow SOPs, brand standards, and operational guidelines
● Support outlet teams in maintaining service quality and efficiency
● Handle basic customer feedback and service recovery situations
● Assist in ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with F&B regulations
● Gain exposure to inventory handling and stock awareness
● Work closely with outlet managers to understand operational challenges and business drivers.
Phase 2: Procurement Development
1. Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
● Support full procurement cycle: sourcing, quotation, negotiation, ordering, and delivery tracking
● Assist in supplier evaluation, cost comparison, and sourcing strategies
● Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure quality standards are met
2. Vendor & Contract Management
● Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on orders and service delivery
● Assist in managing supplier contracts and performance
● Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or pricing discrepancies
3. Import & Export Coordination
● Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners
● Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, permits)
● Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements
● Track shipment timelines and resolve clearance issues
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
● Monitor stock levels across outlets and warehouse
● Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning
● Coordinate stock distribution and minimize stock shortages or wastage
5. Leasing & Retail Support
● Assist with lease management, renewals, and documentation tracking
● Liaise with landlords, mall management, and agents
● Support new outlet setup, renovation, and handover processes
6. Outlet Operations & Maintenance
● Support day-to-day operational needs of salon and F&B outlets
● Coordinate maintenance and repair works (e.g., equipment, facilities, utilities)
● Liaise with contractors and service providers for troubleshooting and servicing
● Track maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of equipment
● Assist in ensuring outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
● Support procurement of operational supplies (cleaning, consumables, tools)
● Respond to urgent operational issues and coordinate resolution
7. Compliance & Administration
● Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
● Support audits and reporting processes
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with operations, finance, and outlet teams
● Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiative
