What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Demonstrated full-stack development experience supported by a portfolio, repositories or shipped products.
- Strong fundamentals in web development, databases, APIs, testing, version control and deployment workflows.
- Able to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working independently in early-stage, agency or multi-project environments is advantageous.
What you'll be doing on the job
Design, build, test and maintain web applications and digital products across assigned Phase 2 projects. The exact technology stack, project allocation and seniority remain to be confirmed during technical screening.
Core responsibilities
- Translate approved product requirements into secure, maintainable and testable software.
- Develop and integrate front-end interfaces, back-end services, databases and external APIs as assigned.
- Document architecture, setup, deployment, dependencies and operational handoffs.
- Use source control, code review, testing and issue tracking consistently.
- Identify security, privacy, performance, reliability and scalability risks early.
- Estimate work transparently and report progress, blockers and technical trade-offs clearly.
