What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Relevant experience in business development, partnerships, account growth or consultative sales.
- Demonstrated prospecting, qualification, relationship-building and negotiation capability.
- Strong commercial judgment, written communication and pipeline discipline.
- Able to work across new or evolving business lines without overstating unconfirmed capabilities.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop target-account, partnership and market-entry plans for assigned business lines.
- Research and qualify prospective clients, partners, distributors, service providers and strategic relationships.
- Conduct professional outreach and secure qualified meetings for approved opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline showing contact, stage, value, probability, next action and owner.
- Prepare proposals, briefing notes and commercial recommendations for internal approval.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, marketing, finance and legal advisers during opportunity development.
