Who you'll be working for
A diversified Indonesian business group with a portfolio of businesses spanning natural resources, mining services, agriculture, and infrastructure.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Valid IWCF/IADC well control certification.
- 15+ years offshore drilling experience, including 5+ years in a senior drilling leadership role.
- Proven experience managing offshore/multi-well drilling campaigns, rigs & contractors.
- Strong knowledge of well design, drilling, completions, well control, casing/cementing, drilling fluids & BOP systems.
- Experience with drilling software, AFE, cost management & performance benchmarking.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, crisis management & stakeholder management skills.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead offshore drilling, completion & well intervention operations.
- Manage rigs, contractors, service providers, contracts & offshore logistics.
- Oversee AFE budget, well costs, drilling performance & project schedules.
- Ensure HSE, well control, environmental & offshore safety compliance.
- Manage SIMOPS and handover between drilling, completions & production teams.
- Lead & develop drilling engineers, wellsite supervisors & offshore support teams.
