Who you'll be working for
A global beverage company specializing in soft drinks, sparkling beverages, and a broad portfolio of non-alcoholic drinks.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, or related field.
- 3+ years of industrial automation experience in FMCG, F&B, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing; principal-side experience preferred.
- Strong PLC, HMI/SCADA, industrial networking, and control system knowledge.
- Familiar with Ignition, Unified Namespace, Industry 4.0, and automation/digitalization technologies.
- Experience in commissioning, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and system validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Support installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and validation of automation equipment.
- Monitor system performance and drive automation, productivity, and process improvements.
- Lead automation projects and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Support digitalization, Industry 4.0, and industrial cybersecurity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and change management standards.
