Who you'll be working for
A global luxury fashion brand specializing in premium handbags, accessories, and leather goods.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in luxury leather handbag production.
- Current or previous experience with a principal brand, handbag manufacturer, or OEM/maklon.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of leather handbag production, including raw leather, shaping, assembly, and finished goods.
- Experience with luxury or premium handbag brands in a similar market tier, such as Coach, Longchamp, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, or equivalent.
- Experience working with genuine leather products; synthetic or PU leather experience alone is not sufficient.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance for luxury leather handbag production, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Monitor and ensure quality standards across OEM factories in Semarang.
- Identify quality issues and work closely with factory teams to implement improvements and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular factory visits and travel as required across the APAC region.
- Work independently while coordinating with regional QA and business teams.
