Who you'll be working for
A leading Indonesian aquaculture company specializing in shrimp and fish feed, hatchery products, probiotics, and seafood processing, serving domestic and international markets.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old.
- Based in Bengkalis, Riau.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; industry background is open.
- Willing to learn and develop expertise in the shrimp feed industry.
- Comfortable visiting and educating shrimp farmers on a daily basis.
- Experienced in working with revenue-based sales targets.
- Fluent in spoken Hokkien is mandatory.
- Comfortable with virtual/online reporting and daily reporting via Zoom/Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Negotiate with customers and shrimp farmers while. providing technical support on shrimp farming practices.
- Develop new shrimp farming areas and expand market penetration.
- Drive sales revenue through market development and effective sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and handle customer complaints.
- Conduct regular visits and provide education/support to shrimp farmers.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (K3) and environmental management standards.
