Who you'll be working for

Our client operates in the lighting and smart city solutions industry, providing lighting products and solutions for various projects across commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant experience in sales, business development or account management.

• Experience in lighting, electrical, M&E, construction, building materials or related industries will be an advantage.

• B2B sales and project sales experience is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits when required.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Identify and follow up on project sales opportunities within the lighting, electrical, M&E and construction sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, distributors and other key stakeholders.

• Manage existing customer accounts and provide suitable product solutions based on project requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations, and negotiate commercial terms to secure orders.

• Monitor sales pipelines, follow up on leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
