Who you'll be working for

The company develops integrated solutions that connect lighting systems with other building and automation technologies, enhancing operational efficiency, control and user experience.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

• Proven experience in full-stack software development, including building applications from scratch.

• Strong proficiency in frontend and backend development, with experience in relevant programming languages, frameworks and databases.

• Experience in API development, system integration and connecting software applications with external systems or devices.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

  • Internet of Things (IoT)

  • Building Management Systems (BMS)

  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems

  • Industrial automation and control systems

  • Smart home or home automation solutions

  • Lighting control systems and controllers

• Experience leading technical projects or guiding development team members is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hands-on development environment.

• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams and project stakeholders.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to lead software development initiatives, build applications from scratch and integrate smart lighting solutions with other systems and technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to design, develop and implement software solutions that support smart lighting and connected environments across industrial, infrastructure and residential projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to design, develop and implement software solutions that support smart lighting and connected environments across industrial, infrastructure and residential projects.

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications from scratch, from requirements gathering through deployment.

• Develop and maintain frontend interfaces and backend services for smart lighting and control systems.

• Integrate software applications with lighting controllers, IoT devices and other building or industrial management systems.

• Develop APIs and establish communication between different systems, devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver customised software solutions.

• Troubleshoot, test and optimise application performance, reliability and system interoperability.

• Provide technical guidance to team members and oversee development activities where required.

• Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of software solutions across infrastructure, factory and residential projects.
