What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10+ years' solid experience in grade-A mall promotions with a related bachelor’s degree
• Great partnership network with strong market sense
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced & pressurized environment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop effective tactics and strategies through data from scratch
• Oversee all promotions and positionings included  events & decoration, branding, communications and creative materials
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Identify potential brand-compatible partnerships for joint promotions
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, tenants and agencies in promoting shopping malls
