Who you'll be working for

My client is a well-established conglomerate and is now hiring a property management professional to oversee their retail assets. This person will work closely with the senior management, and multiple stakeholder to ensure a smooth operation and implement value-added strategies to the portfolio to enhance the asset performance.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10+ years or above working experience in property management
• Experience in the retail management industry Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License Holder is a must
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

What you'll be doing on the job

• Manage the operation business of the assets
• Ensure quality of services being delivered to meet client's expectations
• Supervise the operation staffs
• Handle complaints & emergency incident
• Ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with client’s policies and procedure
• Monitor the smooth and effectiveness of daily services
• Ensure all security devices in place and in good condition
