· A mastery of data visualization is essential, demonstrated by deep experience with tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar platforms.

· Analytical prowess is a must, with proven proficiency in using analytics and query tools like Alteryx.

· Statistical acumen is highly valued, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques for interpreting large and complex datasets.

· Database expertise is critical, requiring a strong grasp of database concepts and data modeling principles.

· Teamwork and independence are equally important; the ability to thrive both as a collaborative team member and as a self-directed individual.

· Bonus points for proficiency in Python for analytical tasks and familiarity with tools like Spark.

· Communication skills are paramount: the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

· Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English is a non-negotiable requirement.
