Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience in the home appliance, electronics assembly, machining industry is preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficient in production and operations management, familiar with systems and methodologies such as production planning, quality control, cost control, and lean manufacturing.
- Core Competencies:
· Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
· Strong problem-analysis and solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations on the production floor.
· Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.
· High sense of responsibility and resilience, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Fluent in writing and speaking English, Chinese language skill is a plus. Experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Production Planning & Execution: Develop and execute production plans based on sales forecasts and order requirements to ensure on-time, in-spec, and in-full delivery of products.
- Process Optimization & Lean Manufacturing: Continuously optimize production processes, implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, TPM, Six Sigma), identify and eliminate waste to improve production efficiency and resource utilization.
- Quality Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system, strictly monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements, and effectively reduce the defect rate.
- Cost Control: Be responsible for production cost budgeting and control, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement to optimize expenses.
- Team Management: Manage the daily operations of the production team, including training, motivation, and performance appraisal, to build a highly efficient, professional, and cohesive team.
- Equipment & Safety Management: Ensure the daily maintenance and upkeep of production equipment, enforce occupational health and safety regulations, create a safe, clean, and standardized production environment, and prevent safety incidents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, and R&D departments to ensure a smooth supply chain and collaboratively solve various production-related issues.
