                        We are an innovative company specializing in developing and manufacturing high-end cordless power tools and home appliances. We are in a rapid growth phase and are looking for talented individuals to join our team and grow with us!                                                                
                            What requirements you'll need to be eligible                        
                        
- Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Administration Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative work experience, including at least 2 years in management role. Preference given to candidates with administrative management  experience in manufacturing companies.
 
- Knowledge & Skills: 
· Proficient in administrative management systems and procedure development, familiar with procurement processes and supplier management. 
· Fluent in English and Chinese is a plus. 
· Proficient in MS Office suite; strong business writing skills. 
- Core Competencies: 
· Exceptional communication and coordination skills: Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally and manage relationships adeptly. 
· Strong execution and problem-solving abilities: Proactive approach, capable of handling multiple tasks and emergencies efficiently.

                            What you'll be doing on the job                        
                        
- Administrative Systems & Procedures: Develop, refine, and implement company administrative policies and procedures (covering office environment, asset management, procurement, travel, security, reception, etc.) to ensure efficient and standardized operations. Take care of company’s certifications applications and government paperwork.
 
- Office Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of the daily office environment (including plants, cleaning, security), ensuring a safe, tidy, and orderly workspace; manage office supplies procurement and distribution, and other daily administrative tasks.
 
- Asset & Procurement Management: Manage company fixed assets and office equipment, including inventory and maintenance; manage supplier relationships; procure office supplies and services (e.g., property management, cleaning, catering) while controlling costs.
 
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and execute the annual administrative budget, effectively control administrative expenses, and identify solutions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
 
- Internal & External Reception & Event Planning: Responsible for receiving important clients,  visitors, and partners; plan, organize, and execute company events such as, team-building activities, business trip booking, meetings, and employee welfare activities.
 
- Team Management & Development: Lead and develop the administrative team (e.g., accounting, logistic, human resource), define roles, provide guidance, and enhance the team's professionalism and service awareness.
 
- Cross-Departmental Coordination & Support: Serve as the core of logistical support, efficiently responding to the administrative needs of internal departments and providing strong operational support.
