What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, apartment, co-living, etc.).
- Confirm willingness to remain hands-on with daily operations.
- Preferably based in or willing to work in Bali.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Oversee cleaning operations and facility maintenance (rooms and public areas).
- Develop SOPs and team schedules.
- Handle Lost & Found operations.
- Conduct staff training and ensure facility upkeep.
