• 5+ years of experience in managing teams.

• Client-oriented with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead in project operations and support production setup activities.

• Supervise line leaders and operators; effectively manage resources to meet quality standards and daily production targets.

• Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

• Collect and analyze operational data; design workflows, escalation charts, and scorecards; prepare regular and monthly performance reports.

• Organize training programs, supervise employees, control costs, ensure compliance, and manage project budgets.

• Ensure all operations adhere to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 27001).

• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.

• Drive process improvements and implement cost control measures.

• Oversee project management tasks including site visits, tendering, quotations, scheduling, and quality control.

• Manage client relationships and coordinate communication and project deliverables.

• Prepare detailed documentation and client reports.

• Address operational issues and design efficient workflows to optimize productivity.

• Plan, monitor, and control project budgets while identifying and mitigating risks.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication.

• Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance processes.

• Utilize document management systems, scanning technologies, and workflow automation tools.

• Analyze data to support informed, data-driven decision-making.

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and development.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to evolving priorities.
