What you'll be doing on the job
  • Handle daily mailing services, including postage, courier arrangements, by‑hand delivery, and internal distribution to support overall office operations.

  • Assist with office repairs, maintenance coordination, and management of office equipment and facilities.

  • Support administrative tasks related to business engagements and company events.

  • Manage operational processes such as printing and processing of statements.

  • Provide general office administration support.

  • Perform clerical duties to ensure smooth administration workflow.

  • Participate in departmental projects and initiatives when required.
